Bernard Creamer

TEWKSBURY: Bernard “Bud” Creamer, age 84, a resident of Tewksbury for over 60 years, formerly of Lynn, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus on Friday, July 31, 2015.
He was the beloved husband of Marguerite A. “Peg” (Russell) Creamer, with whom he celebrated their 63rd wedding anniversary on May 17, 2015.
Born in Lynn on November 18, 1930, he was the son of the late James B. Creamer and the late Margaret M. (Linehan) Creamer.
Bud was raised in Lynn, attended Lynn Classical High School, and following his military service he graduated from the former Feener Technical School in Boston, where he received training in Drafting and Engineering.
In 1952, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, and served during the Korean War with the 109th Infantry, 28th Division. Bud was awarded the Army Occupation Medal (Germany) and the National Defense Service Medal for his active duty service.
Prior to his retirement in 1991, he was employed as a Packaging Engineer by the Raytheon Corporation in Andover, where he worked for over 30 years.
Bud enjoyed a passion for music, especially the easy listening sounds of vocal artists Percy Faith, Johnny Mathis and Henry Mancini to name a few. He also loved to attend his grandsons baseball games, always with his camcorder taping the action.
In addition to his beloved wife “Peg”, he is survived by two daughters, Caryn D. Pasquariello and her husband Sam of Tewksbury and Cheryl A. Hamel of Santa Cruz, CA; five grandchildren, Max, Gita and Eli Hamel, John Pasquariello and his wife Kelly (Shepard), and Jason Pasquariello and his fiancé Courtney Walsh; three great grandchildren, Johnny, Emily and Ryan Pasquariello; one brother, Edward Creamer and his wife Sandra of Tewksbury; his Godson, Marc Creamer of Lowell; close friend, Donald Verfaillie of Nashua, NH; sister in-law, Nadia Creamer of Westfield; brother-in-law, Thomas LeVangia of Nahant; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Bud was the brother of the late Richard Creamer and Margaret LeVangia.
Relatives and friends will be received Thursday, August 6th, from 5-7 p.m., at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. At Bud’s request there are No Funeral Services.
