VIRGINIA BEACH, VA - Theresa Ann(Correira) Wright, 65, of 5405 Squaw Valley Trail, Virginia Beach, VA, died Thursday at the Sentara Leigh Hospital, Virginia. She was the wife of Weldon K. Wright. Mother of Andrew Christopher Wright, Stephen Kerr Wright, Justin Michael Wright, and Kristin M. Wright Austin. Grandmother of Le’Annah Austin & Arre’Annah Austin, and the aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late John Correira and the late Elizabeth (Braga) Correira. She resided in Virginia Beach, Va. and was previously from Fall River, MA. She was a Homemaker and was also a graduate of Mount St. Mary Academy.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St. on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. followed by a mass of Christian Burial in Good Shepherd Chapel, Dwelly St. at 11:00 A.M. Internment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Tuesday 6-8 P.M.
