Vietnam Veteran; 57
TEWKSBURY - Alexander Stotik Jr, age 57, a lifelong Tewksbury resident, died Sunday, May 1, at
the Brockton Veterans Hospice Care unit, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
He was born in Somerville, May 11, 1947, a son of the late Alexander and Helen (Andrew)
Stotik. He was raised in Tewksbury, graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School, and
entered into the Army during the Vietnam War.
He worked in commercial and residential construction throughout his life.
He was a member of the Tewksbury VFW Post 8164, and the Tewksbury-Wilmington Elks
Lodge.
He is survived by four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Frances Clevenger, Anna and Rexford
Millspaugh all of Tewksbury, Evelyn and David lang of Texas, Mary and Joseph Sullivan of
Andover; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Joseph and Patricia (O’Neill) Stotik, Ustin Stotik and
John Stotik all of Tewksbury, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grand nieces.
His Funeral Service was held Thursday, May 5, in the funeral home.
