Pauline A. Peek, 94, of Anderson, died Friday, July 24, 2015 at Alexandria Care Center following an extended illness.
She was born on August 14, 1920 in Cullman, Alabama the daughter of Walter Scott Alvis and Pearl (Lawrence) Alvis. She attended Cullman Alabama High School and moved to Anderson in 1953. She was a homemaker, attended Madison Park Church of God, and was involved with the Jolly Keenagers.
Survivors include her 5 children: Bill (Mickey) Peek of McCordsville, John (Becky) Peek of Anderson, Patricia (Dave) Olive of Anderson, Rick (Kathy) Peek of Jacksonville, Fla. and Terry (Robin) Peek of Fairmount; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Claude Peek, three sisters, and a brother.
Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Jim Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alexandria Care Center Activities fund.
