Gloria Blyth, 71 of Charlestown died Wednesday after a long illness in the Emerson Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Watertown, MA.
Born in Boston, she lived in Charlestown and formerly of Chelsea. Daughter of the late Filomena (Riccardelli) and Giacomo Mongiello. Gloria was a Secretary at the former Bank of New England on State Street in Boston for 10 years and retired in 1990. She loved playing Bingo.
Beloved wife of the late Michael F. “Skip” Blyth. Devoted mother of Ann Marie Morrison of Somerville, Michelle Concetti of Waltham, and the late Donna Lee Blyth. Also surivied by nine loving grandchildren and two loving great grandchildren. Sister of John Mongiello of Florida and Albie McElroy of Charlestown.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Mary Church, 55 Warren St., Charlestown, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8.
Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
