Gloria M. (Barriere) Salsman,74, of 591 Henshaw St., in the
Rochdale section of Leicester , died Saturday April 23 at UMASS Memorial
Hospital in Worcester.
She leaves her husband of 56 years Robert B. Salsman, two sons Ronald S.
Salsman of N.C., and Mark S. Salsman of Spencer, a daughter Roberta E. wife
of David Kravitz of Worcester, a step sister Donna Mae Kestigian of
Charlton, four grandchildren, Robyn Goldberg, Kimberly Stiller, Meaghan and
Ashley Salsman and five great grandchildren, Rebekah, Max, Jonathan, Paige
and Brynn and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Salsman was a machine operator at Worcester Tool & Stamping for the
past 12 years. She enjoyed bowling in the Auburn Women's League, camping
along with her husband and her love of her two dogs.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Ovila and Pauline S. (Hopkins)
Barriere.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 26 at 1p.m. in the
MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in
Greenville Baptist Cemetery, Rochdale. Calling hours will precede the
service from 11 a.m. to 1p.m. on Tuesday. Please omit flowers, contributions

Passover, Memorial Observance will be held at her daughter Roberta's home,
315 June St., Worcester on May 2.
