David T. Schiller, 50, of Methuen, MA, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the Lowell General Hospital. Born in Methuen on November 4th, 1964, he was the son of Helen (Walsh) Zemis and the late Norbert "Sonny" Zemis. David was raised and educated in Lawrence, and was a graduate of the Greater Lawrence Technical School.
He was a member of the Lawrence Elks for many years. David loved the Lottery and scratch tickets and would always carry one in his pocket.
He is survived by his wife; Joann Schiller of Dracut, MA
his daughter Kaylee and her husband William Strahan of Bellingham, MA.
his brothers: Robert Schiller of Methuen, MA
his sisters: Ann Marie Burke of Methuen, MA and
Brenda Zemis and Troy Zemis, both of Manchester, NH
His Special Uncle Thomas Walsh of Methuen, MA
His beloved nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to call on Monday, July 13th, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, Lawrence, MA. His service will be held immediately following the calling hours at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private and held at a later date.
