NATICK: John J. Chiasson, 51, died unexpectedly on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Concord the son of the late Henry and Mae (Phillips) Chiasson formerly of Wayland.
He was the youngest of eight devoted siblings; Kathleen Gardner of North Attleboro, Richard Chiasson of Gloucester, Susan Chiasson of Springfield, Mark Chiasson of Westfield, Janet Dixon of Natick, Michael Chiasson of Leominster and Jean Peckham of Natick. He loved his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and his extended family. He also held a special place in his heart for Karen Leone, his longtime friend.
John was a gifted mechanic who often fabricated pieces he couldn’t buy. He was an avid Bruins and NASCAR fan, loved to fish and enjoyed metal detecting. He worked in small engine repair and more recently in towing.
Memorial Visitations will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte 30), Cochituate Village, Wayland.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to his Catholic Memorial Mass on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at Good Shepherd Parish at St. Ann’s Church, 124 Cochituate Road (Rte 27), Wayland
