Sister of Robert J. Hamm Sr. and his wife Debby, and Martha L. Redgate and her husband George.
Funeral from the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Friday at 9am. Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church at 10am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8pm.
Obituary Information
Mrs. Lindquist died Monday morning at her home surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Edgar B. and Lillian A. (Dean) Hamm, she attended Brockton schools and was a graduate of Brockton High School, class of 1953. For many years she had been employed as an operator at AT&T. She enjoyed bowling, watching the Red Sox ballgames, scrabble, cards games and other games of chance. She was also a published poet.
She is survived by her seven children Donna M. Holmes and her husband Paul of Riverview FL, David M. Lindquist and his wife Maureen of Wareham, Debra M. Lalli and her husband Colman of Rochester, Denise M. Lindquist and her companion Yiannis Davos of Raynham, Deana M. Grantsis and her husband Vasilios of Brockton, and Douglas M and Darren M. Lindquist both of West Bridgewater, 13 grandchildren Kenneth Holmes and his wife Alisa, Paula and Kelly Holmes, Elizabeth and Michael Lindquist, Dustin and Travis Lalli, Nicholas, Anastasia, Gregory, Peter and Stefanie Grantsis, Samantha Lindquist, one great grandchild Emma Holmes, one brother Robert J. Hamm Sr. and his wife Debby of Brockton and a sister Martha L. Redgate and her husband George of East Bridgewater. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was the former wife of the late Richard A. Lindquist and sister of the late Lucille B. Dixon, Marion E. Pelaggi, Edgar W. Hamm and Richard E. Hamm Sr.
