FALL RIVER… Salomea S. Bielecki, 76, of Fall River passed away July 2nd at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Care Center.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Theodore S. and Celia (Baldyga) Bielecki and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Ms. Bielecki worked as a cashier at the former Valley Steak House and as a travel agent at Global Tours and Travel for many years before retiring in 1998. A communicant of the former St.’s Peter and Paul Parish at Holy Cross Church, she enjoyed reading and watching television.
She is survived by her son: Thomas J. Bielecki and his wife Denise of Fall River, 3 sisters: Eileen Bouchard of Fall River, Bernice Corderre of Fall River and Noreen Smith of Anderson, SC, 2 grandchildren: Jessica Bielecki and Thomas Bielecki, II, 1 great granddaughter: Olivia Denise Haire, several nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Theodore S. Bielecki.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 8 PM at the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River. Memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM prior to the service. Interment will be private.
