Donna June (Walker) Baisinger

Donna June (Walker) Baisinger, 93, of Anderson, IN died June 30, 2015 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Fort Wayne, IN after a brief illness.
She was born June 28, 1922 in Dover, Ohio.
She graduated from Anderson High School in 1940; International Business College in 1941.
She was a secretary at Guide Lamp division of General Motors for 6 years and a homemaker.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Anderson and was an active volunteer in the church office and volunteered at St. John's Hospital for 41 years with 8, 620 hours of service.
She was a member of Edgewood Country Club and enjoyed golfing, bowling and reading. She was an avid bridge player who also enjoyed playing Pinochle and other card games.
Survivors include her son, Douglas (Norma Kay) Baisinger of Fort Wayne, IN; three grandchildren, Michelle (Todd) Cary, Harrisburg, NC; Teresa (Sean) Reilly, Navare, FL; Jill Baisinger of Fishers, IN; four great grandchildren, Zachary and Breanna Cary; Noah and Benjamin Reilly; two nieces, Camilla Walker (Jerry) Barber of Memphis, TN; Annette Walker King of Springfield, MA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Baisinger on March 25, 2003. They married on April 13, 1947 in Anderson. She was also preceded by her parents, Ray R. and Ida (Young) Walker; her infant son, Bradley Baisinger died in 1950 and her brother Robert Walker.
Funeral services will be 1:30 P.M. on Thursday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Donna Goings officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to First United Methodist Church or American Heart Association.
