Jacquelin (Santin) Chapman, 88, of Mystic, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on June 19, 2015.
She was the daughter of Joseph and Ida Santin. Jackie graduated from Robert E. Fitch High School in 1944 and Katherine Gibbs in 1945. Selflessly devoted to her family, Jackie had a keen-witted humor and a love for all those who shared her life.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Robert and his wife, Shari, of Redding, Calif., Betsy and her husband, Charles McComb, of Bloomfield, Julie and her husband, Ken Paradis, of Old Lyme; her two sisters, Doris Lamb of Mystic and Gloria and her husband, Lester Boyce, of Cohasset, Mass.; and her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Jackie's family thanks the dedicated staff at Avalon Health Care Center and StoneRidge for their truly loving care.
Burial will be private, and there will be no calling hours.
