Cherished grandmother of Zachary Shane Smith, Ethaniel Leavitt Smith and Hailey Gearon Smith all of Chelsea, Zander Zane Velleca of Denver, Colorado, Sawyer Kuhn Greene of London, UK, Samarah Rettig Greene of New York and Shanaya Stephanie Velleca of Chelsea. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a memorial Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, CHELSEA on Saturday, July 11 from 4PM until 5:30 PM. Born in Malden and a resident of Everett for over 30 years, Patricia, at 79 years of age, passed away unexpectedly as she prepared for work as a CNA at the Glen Ridge Nursing Home, a position she held there for over 10 years. She had resided in Malden until her marriage, then moved to Chelsea and New Mexico before settling in Everett. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, going out to eat and shopping.
