Vincent Paul Bono, 60, of Medway died June 26 in Cornerstone at Milford following a long illness. He was the husband of Suzanne (Addy) Bono for the past 35 years.
Born in Boston, December 13, 1954, the son of the late Girolamo and Jean (Zaia) Bono, Mr. Bono had lived in Medway since 1999 and had formerly lived in Sherborn and Milton.
He was a graduate of Boston College High School and had attended the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University.
Mr. Bono had been a computer design engineer and had formerly been the owner of Clearpoint, Inc.
He had participated in the music ministry at Fatima Shrine in Holliston and at St. Joseph and St. Thomas Moore Churches in Quincy.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Ashely Bono, Jeremy Bono and Katherine Bono all of Medway.
He is also survived by his siblings, Tony Bono of Sherborn, Angela Lussier of Woburn, Girome Bono of Westport, Ct. and John Bono of Braintree.
His funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday , July 1 in St. Joseph Church, 151 Village Street, Medway at 10:00.
