She also leaves 10 grandchildren.
Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 9am. Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 10am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8pm. Mrs. Donohue died Sunday, April 28, 2002 at the Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after a period of failing health. Born in Brockton, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Moore) Conway, and had been a lifelong resident of Brockton. She attended Brockton schools and was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1932. She was a graduate of the Cambridge City School of Nursing, graduating as a Registered Nurse. She was employed as a RN at the Brockton Hospital until her marriage. She then stayed at home to raise her children, and returned to work at the Eleanor Nursing Home in Brockton for 10 years until her retirement. She was a member of the 20th Century Catholic Club for over 50 years, a longtime communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and a member of the Brockton Library Foundation.
She is survived by2 sons, Bernard G. “Brian” Donohue, Jr. of Barrington RI, and Paul Joseph Donohue of Brockton, 3 daughters Mary R. Donohue and Kathleen Ann MaDan both of Brockton and Sheila V.
