Antoinette M. Russis, of Woburn passed away April 3rd following a short illness. She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Russis Sr. Born in Woburn she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Mary DiMambro.
Mrs. Russis was a life long resident of Woburn. She was extremely devoted to her family and loved cooking and caring for her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed camping and traveling. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 3 Bridge St., Suite 100, Newton, MA 02158.
In addition to her husband Joseph, She is survived by her children, Joseph Russis of West Dennis, Joanne Barnett and her husband Richard of Westford. She was the loving grandmother of Jaclyn Russis, Robert Barnett, Stacey Barnett Kurhajetz and her husband Christopher. She is also survived by her cherished great grandsons Chad Russis and Nile Kurhajetz. She is further survived by her brothers Edmund DiMambro of Orlando, FL, Bernard DiMambro of Lawrence, Milio and Louis DiMambro both of Woburn. She is preceded in death by her brothers Frank and Angelo DiMambro.
Funeral from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Thursday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main St. Woburn at 10 AM.
