Obituary

LEICESTER-Dorothy E. (Keyser) Sullivan, 80 of 11 Lexington Avenue died Saturday, April 27th in her home after an illness. Her husband of 37 years, William P. Sullivan died in 1984. She leaves 3 sons, William P. Sullivan, Jr. of Worcester, Ronald F. Sullivan of Holden, Brian M. Sullivan of Brookfield; a daughter, Linda A. Zachariewicz of Leicester; a sister, Helen Henderson Richards of Georgetown, TX; 4 foster sons, John O’Connell and Brian Vangel both of Worcester, Robert and Richard Tripaldi both of Webster; a foster daughter, Donna Tripaldi of Webster; 11 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. A brother, Everett Keyser and 2 sisters, Florence L. Keyser and Barbara Pierce all predeceased her.

She was born in Westboro the daughter of Lee B. and Mary J. (Wesson) Keyser and lived in Leicester for 12 years. Mrs. Sullivan had been a foster parent for 38 years for the Children Friend’s Society and the Department of Social Service.

The funeral will be held Tuesday, April 30th from O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Monday, April 29th from 6:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
