Dr. Terry F. Lapeza of Needham, died March 28, 2005 in Worcester. He was 90. Mr. Lapeza was born in Nashua, NH and was the son of the late Clement and Anna (Hamata) Lapeza. He was a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Harvard Dental School. He was also a World War II U.S. Navy Veteran. Mr. Lapeza practiced dentristy in Needham for over 35 years. He lived in Needham for 56 years.
Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth J. (Park) Lapeza. Devoted father of Linda J. Avillo of York, PA, Lois Whidden of Andover, Laura D. Osborne of Shrewsbury, Philip T. Lapeza of North Yarmouth, ME, David C. Lapeza of Norfolk, VA. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and 7 nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., Needham, on Friday at 10:30 am. Funeral mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Needham, at 11:00 am. Visitation prior to mass 9:30-10:30 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Private interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
