Brenda (Kievenaar) Curley, 70, of Boston, and the White Mountains of New Hampshire, died on June 9th after a brief illness.
Born in West Roxbury in 1944, she was the youngest daughter of the late Henry A. and Agnes G. (Kern) Kievenaar. She was a graduate of Merrimack College and her first job was teaching at Burdett College.
Brenda was employed as a senior executive for Sheraton Corporation, later she purchased her own business, Onley Associates. Brenda enjoyed her past time, boating, skiing, reading and enjoyed the people and sights of New Hampshire.
She leaves behind her brother, Major General (RET) Henry A Kievenaar, Jr. of VA, the late Jul Kievenaar Homer of East Bridgewater, and the late Peter H. Kievenaar of Randolph. Brenda was a great mentor to all, especially her nieces and nephews.
Her funeral services will be held on Saturday June 13th at 1:00PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, followed by her visitation from 2:00-5:00 PM. Burial will be at a later date.
