WORCESTER-Madeline M. (Hardy) Langelier, 77, of 90 Eureka Street, died Monday, March 14th in the Meadows of Leicester. Her husband of 40 years Charles E. Langelier died in 2002. She leaves her daughter Charlene E., wife of Jon C. Foreman of Charlton, and 2 grandchildren, Erin C. and Connor J. Foreman of Charlton. A brother John J. Hardy and a sister Cathereine A. Early predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of John and Delia (Darcy) Hardy. Mrs. Langelier was a graduate of Ascension High School. She had been employed as an office worker at the former Curtis & Marble Manufacturing Company and later for 25 years as head office clerk for the Worcester Public Schools. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels parish.
The funeral is Thursday, March 17th, from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, March 16th from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
