Joyce (O’Donnell) Pinto, 67, of New Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at home. She was the daughter of the late James F. and Ruth J. (Pariseau) O’Donnell.
Mrs. Pinto was born in Fall River and had resided in Dartmouth for most of her life before moving to New Bedford. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a Regional Administrator for a large nursing home corporation. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include 4 nieces: Laurie Fernandes, Stacy Leger, Alicia Medeiros and Betheny Borges; 1 nephew: Derek Coyne; cousin: Sheila Burrello; brother in law: James Coyne; dear family friend: Christina Scurio; and 12 grand nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Scott Pinto and sister of the late Janet R. Coyne.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday June 29, 2015 at Holy Name Church, Fall River at 10:00 A.M.
Interment to follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
