Wayne T. Covino, age 57, of Brockton, formerly of Boston, died May 25, 2015 at the Braemoor Health Center following a period of failing health. Born in Stoneham, he was the son of Patricia H. (Henehan) (Covino) Brown of Albuquerque, NM and the late Lawrence L. Covino. Wayne was raised and educated in the Boston area and had been a resident of Brockton for the past fifteen years. He was an avid movie buff and enjoyed family gatherings; time spent with friends, riding his bike, cribbage, fishing, and sports.
In addition to his mother, Wayne is survived by his brothers Lawrence and his wife Denise of Brockton, Carl of Stoughton, and Michael and his wife Carolyn of Albuquerque, NM; four nieces and a nephew, and four grandnephews, one grandniece and his step father Vernon Brown.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Saturday, May 30, from 12:00–2pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Stroke Association, 1 Union Street, Ste 301, Trenton, NJ 08691.
