Thaddeus J. Buczynski, was born in Lowell on April 5, 1931 son of the late Andrew and Anna (Mroz) Buczynski. Ted was predeceased by his wife of 55 years Julia (Boryczka) Buczynski who passed away in Jan of 2010. He was a communicate of Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Springfield. He was a graduate of Chicopee High School and of the former Hampden College of Pharmacy. Ted was co-owner with his wife of the former Liberty Heights Pharmacy before joining CVS Pharmacy in Chicopee Center. He is survived by his son John and daughters Cynthia Bator and Laura of Chicopee and extended family members. He was predeceased by his sisters Stella Rogowski, Helen Ogonowski, Olga Obert, Eleanora Szczepanik and their husbands. Ted was an avid vintage car enthusiast. He has been a longtime member of the Western Mass Model A Ford Restorers Club and a former member of the Western Mass Pharmacists Association. A Funeral Service will be held on Thurs May 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM from the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St. Chicopee with a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 11:00 AM in Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Springfield. Burial will follow in St Stanislaus Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held on Wed May 27, 2015 from 4 to 7 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fr. John P.
