Hatch, of Brockton, April 21, 2002, Margaret J. Hatch, 92 years. Wife of the late Frederick J. Hatch, beloved mother of Evelyn Hatch of Brockton, Mrs. John (Carole ) Martinelli of Pawtucket, RI, Richard Hatch and his wife Catherine and Donald Hatch and his wife Sandra both of Brockton. She also leaves four sister-in laws Eva Argrew, Edie Beal, Marion Roberts, Sally Never and a brother-in-law Louis Hatch.
Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 8am. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church at 9am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Hatch died peacefully Sunday morning at her home in Brockton. Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Michael F. and Nellie (Mackin) Walsh. She was employed in various local shoe factories in Brockton, and also worked in the kitchen at St. Margaret Church for Bingo. She was a member of the former Ireland’s Own and Brockton Seniors Uptown. She was a communicant of St. Margaret Church and enjoyed traveling, line dancing and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was Nana to all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by 2 daughters Evelyn Hatch of Brockton and Carole Martinelli of Pawtucket, RI, and 2 sons Richard and Donald Hatch both of Brockton.10 grandchildren19 great grandchildrenShe was the sister of the late James, Thomas and Frank Walsh, Mary Ayers and Irene Walsh
