Frank F. Ferrante, 84 of Medford died Sunday after a brief illness in the Life Care Center Stoneham, MA.
Born in Somerville, he lived 54 years in Medford and was the son of the late Catherine (Dalelio) and Michael Ferrante. Frank was an Electric Motor Repairman with the former Cambridge Electric Motors in Cambridge for over 40 years and retired in 1994.
Beloved husband of Beatrice (Esa) Ferrante. Devoted father of Donna Serra and her husband Joseph of Stoneham, Carol Dempsey and her husband Kenneth of Burlington. Loving grandfather of Lisa Serra, Melissa Outerbridge, and Kenneth M. Dempsey II. Loving great grandfather of Brenna Tedesco and Halle Outerbridge. Brother of Anthony Ferrante of Medford, Albert Ferrante of Dennis, Josephine Barrone of Medford, Alma Keefe of Malden, Jenny Sullivan of Somerville, and the late Charles Ferrante. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Wednesday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
