Phillip A. Moulton, 64, of Medway died Monday, May 18, 2015 at his home after a long illness.
Born in Framingham on October 23, 1950, he was the son of the late Alden and Ruth (Tucker) Moulton.
Mr. Moulton was a lifelong resident of Medway and graduated from Medway High School in 1970.
He worked at Shaw Supermarkets in Ashland for many years.
A Civil War enthusiast and re-enactor, Mr. Moulton was a member of the 21st Miss Co. H Army of Northern Virginia, CSA.
He is survived by a sister Marilyn Nutting of Hopedale, two brothers Donald Moulton of Higganum, CT and Daniel Moulton and his companion Barbara Baker of Holliston and many nieces and nephews.
At the request of his family, funeral services will take place privately at Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston.
In lieu of flowers, expression of sympathy may be made in his memory to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
