Kevin M. Bairos, 26, of Sarasota, FL, died May 14, 2015 in Sarasota. He was born in Cambridge, MA on May 24, 1988, a son of Antonio Bairos and Maria (Braga) Lantry. He had been a resident of Sarasota for the past three years, formerly living in Sandown, NH for most of his life. Kevin was self-employed as an arborist. He was an avid martial artist and a member of the West Coast Martial Arts Academy in Sarasota. Kevin had been recently certified as a scuba diver.
He is survived by his mother Maria Lantry of Sandown; his father, Antonio M. Bairos of Hampstead, NH; two brothers, Tony Bairos and his wife Michelle of Tewksbury, MA, and Joseph Bairos of Sandown; one sister, Lisa Houde and her husband Jon of Danville, NH; his paternal grandmother, Maria of Santa Maria, Azores; his fiance' Natasha; In addition to his nephew Michael and his niece Arianna, he also leaves several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Calling hours were held on Friday, May 22nd from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. A Liturgy of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, May 23rd at 9:30am in St. Joseph Parish, 40 Main St, Salem, NH.
