AUBURN-Ruth E. (Wilson) Chouinard, 95, of Manor Road, died Friday, February 25th in St. Vincent Hospital after a short illness. Her husband of over 25 years George E. Chouinard died in 1974. She leaves 3 brothers, Richard A. Wilson, Sr., of Worcester, Frank R. Wilson of Charlton and Walter R. Wilson with whom she lived, many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces. 2 brothers William L. and Harry E. Wilson and a sister, Evelyn F. Beauvais predeceased her.
She was born in Hyde Park the daughter of William T. L. and Anna E. (Olson) Wilson and was a graduate of Commerce High School. Mrs. Chouinard had been employed for many years at Heald Machine. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, and was Keeper of Records for the Council of Osceola. Mrs. Chouinard enjoyed crocheting, knitting and reading.
The funeral is Monday, February 28th, with a service at 11:00 AM in All Saints Episcopal Church, 10 Irving Street. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will be held Monday, February 28th, from 10:00 until 11:00 AM in the church.
