MT. VERNON, WA— Alice B. (Wiberg) Larson, 88, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2005, at the Life Care Center of Mt. Vernon.
She is survived by a son, Carl L. Larson of North Brookfield; and two daughters, Barbro E. Nelson of Burlington, WA and Linda K. Tetrault of Spencer; 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, a niece, and a nephew.
She was predeceased in 1969 by her loving husband of 29 years, Karl G. Larson; a daughter, Christina L. Larson in 1951; a brother, Robert S. Wiberg in 1968; and a sister, Norma E. Person in 2000.
Born in Worcester on March 27, 1916, she was the daughter of Gustaf S. and Anna A. (Persson) Wiberg. She graduated from North High School and worked at Worcester Five Cents Savings Bank, retiring in 1981. She lived in Paxton for many years, also in Worcester, Fountain Hills, AZ, and Spokane, WA before moving to Mt. Vernon.
A private memorial service will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel for family members. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Life Care Center of Mt. Vernon, Activities Fund, 2120 E. Division, Mt. Vernon, WA 98274.
