Kevin M. Currier, 54, of Seabrook, NH died on Friday, May 8, 2015 from injuries sustained in a one vehicle accident on Route I-495 in Haverhill, MA.
Kevin was born August 12, 1960 in Lawrence, MA to the late Clairina and Robert Currier. He graduated from Central Catholic High School and attended Northeastern University. He had been married to his high school sweetheart, Laura (Nugent) Currier, for almost 33 years. They lived in Andover for many years, where they raised their daughters. After spending summer vacations at Seabrook Beach since they were teenagers, Kevin and Laura bought their beach house in 2008, moving there year-round in 2012. They enjoyed many great vacations, but what Kevin loved the most was hanging out at the beach with his family. He was an avid Boston sports fan, loved dogs, and enjoyed playing 45’s and participating in poker tournaments.
In addition to his wife Laura, he is survived by daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Drew Briggie, and daughter Meghan and her boyfriend Rasheem Banks. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law Bill and Terry Currier, and sister and brother-in-law Jane and Michael Walsh. Others include Laura’s family: Peggy Nugent, Beth and Scott Spicer, Catherine and Marc Panepinto, Jennifer and Keith Murphy, William and Suzanne Nugent, as well as his nieces Amy Lovasco, Elizabeth Rowan, Allison Spicer, Caroline Spicer, Rachel Panepinto, Julia Panepinto, Nathasha Panepinto, Celia Murphy and nephews Steven Spicer, Declan Murphy and Mack Nugent. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts, as well as numerous cousins.
Calling hours will be held between 4 and 8 p.m. on Monday, May 11 at the Kenneth H. Pollard funeral home in Methuen, MA, followed by a mass of Christian burial on Tuesday, May 12 at 1 p.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary church in Seabrook, NH.
