Obituary

WORCESTER___Constance C. (Chevrefils) Sullivan, 92, formerly of 39 Plantation St., died Wednesday February 16 in Dodge Park Rest Home, 101 Randolph Rd. Her husband, John D. Sullivan, Sr, died in 1992.

She is survived by her son, John D. “Jack” Sullivan, Jr, and his wife Joan of Worcester; a son-in-law, Eugene Langlois of Oxford; eight grandchildren, Richard F. Sullivan, Charleen M. (Sullivan) Haskins, Francis X. Langlois, Christine M. Langlois, John E. Langlois, Michael J. Langlois, Michelle A. (Langlois) Harvanek and Nicole M. Langlois, six great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by four children, a son who died in infancy, another son, Francis X. Sullivan and two daughters, Margaret M. Sullivan and Noreen Langlois and by a brother and sister, Roland Chevrefils and Elizabeth Hanson. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Evariste F. and Rose (DeLorme) Chevrefils and lived here all her life. Her step mother, Berengere (Plistat) Chevrefils died many years ago.

Mrs. Sullivan worked several years for the former Graton & Knight Co. and Maine Fried Clams of Hamilton St. She was a graduate of Commerce High School. Constance was a member of St. Stephen’s Church, the Worcester Republican City Committee and was a longtime election polling place worker in Worcester.

The funeral will be held on Saturday February 19 from DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 9 a.m. in St. Stephen’s Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery. Calling hours in the funeral home are Friday February 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to UMASS Memorial Foundation, Cancer Research Fund, P.O.
