Donald Joseph Costantino passed away, after a long illness, on April 13, 2002 at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. He was born on December 1, 1937 in Cambridge, a son of the late Salvatore and Doris (Legere) Costantino.
He was a lifelong resident of Medford. Donald served the U.S. in the Army during the Korean War. He was employed as a mechanic for the H.B. Fuller Company until his retirement in 1994. He was a member of the Sons of Italy.
Donald married his beloved wife, Helena M. (Montgomery) at St. Clements Church in Somerville on October 1, 1960.
Besides his wife, Helena, Donald leaves three children, Cathleen M. Napier of Medford, Donald J. Costantino, Jr., of Haverhill, and Theresa R. and her husband Daniel J. Eisnor of Medford. He is the cherished grandfather of Danielle, Connor, Alexandra, Ashley, and MaKenzie. Devoted cousin of Lorraine Gagne of Somerville.

Funeral from the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford, Tuesday at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Clements Church, 71 Warner Street, Somerville at 10 o’clock. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday from 4-8 PM. Interment, Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
