Annette J. Langone, a long-time Somerville resident, died Monday at the East Village Nursing Home. She was 101 years old.
Mrs. Langone was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Frederick and Philomena Bruno.
A dedicated housewife and mother, Annette took up Ballroom dancing in her 60’s and competed in several Arthur Murray events.
The wife of the late Patrick D. Langone, she was the mother of Stephen F. Langone of Medford, Frederick W. Langone of Stoneham, Patrick D. Langone, Jr. of Woburn, and Lorraine T. Mercurio of Somerville. She leaves eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit Thursday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in St. Benedict Church, Somerville, Friday at 9 AM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
