Scagnoli --- Henry A. of West Roxbury, May 3, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Mary C. (Daly) Scagnoli. Loving father of Henry A. Scagnoli Jr. and his wife Patricia of Norton, Arthur Scagnoli and his wife Jean of West Roxbury and Marie Regan and her husband Kevin of Bourne. Cherished grandpa of Beth, Lauren, Denise and Timothy, great grandfather of Richard Charles. Devoted brother of the late Walter and Joseph Scagnoli. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Henry was the former Boston Fire Commissioner, Deputy Mayor City of Boston, Administrator for the Boston Public Schools and a proud Navy Veteran WW II.
Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury, on Friday, May 8, at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Theresa of Avila Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Thursday, from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Private interment with Navy honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
