Armand E. Boisjolie, Sr.,97, formerly of 53 Highland Rd., died Sunday, February 13 at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton, after an illness.
He was the husband of Exina (Ethier) Boisjolie who died in 1974. He leaves a son, Armand E. Boisjolie, Jr. and his wife Cynthia, 3 daughters Madeline Laramee and her husband Paul,and Marie Narva and her husband Ronald, all of Charlton, Annette Cycz and her husband Peter of Spencer, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren,nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a daughter Antoinette Brown of Spencer who died in 1994 and two brothers Leo and Ernest Boisjolie.
Born in Spencer, he was the son of Eugene and Mary (Miner) Boisjolie. Mr. Boisjolie was a stitcher at the former Allen Squire Shoe Co. in Spencer for many years.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, Feb. 16 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 60 Maple St.,Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary,Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours are Tuesday, Feb. 15 from 5 to 7p.m. in the funeral home.
