Stella J. Piec, 91, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday April 29, 2015 in the Northwood Health Care Center in Lowell, MA. She was born in Derry on February 19, 1924, a daughter of the late Peter and Honotra Brudzisz, and had been a lifelong resident of Derry. Mrs. Piec was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Derry.
She is survived by two sons, Steven J. Piec and his wife Christine of Westford, MA, and John Piec of Lowell, MA; as well as one granddaughter, Alison Piec. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Piec in 1986, her grandson Adam Piec, and her brother Stanley Brudzisz.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 4th from 9 – 11am in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am in the funeral home. The burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Rd. in Londonderry.
