WORCESTER-Evelyn E. (Anderson) Hagerstrom, 83, of Beckman St. died Monday, Feb. 14 in UMass Memorial Healthcare-Memorial Campus.
Her husband, Worcester Firefighter Earl R. Hagerstrom died in 1974. She leaves two sons, Allan R. of Worcester and Peter R. Hagerstrom of St. Louis, MO; a brother, Frank R. Anderson of Worcester; three sisters, Signe J. Johnson of Holden, Alice S. Crouse and Ruth L. Johnson both of Worcester, many nieces and nephews. Two brothers, John S. Anderson, Jr. and Helmer E. Anderson predeceased her.
She was born in Auburn daughter of John S. and Ellen E. (Jernstrom) Anderson and lived in Worcester most of her life. Evelyn graduated from Commerce High School and attended Becker Junior College. She was a member of Quinsigamond united Methodist Church.
