A. Pauline Minard, 88, formerly of Old County Road in Smithfield, died Tuesday April 21, 2015 at Hebert’s Nursing Home in Smithfield. She had worked at Harris Lumber before retiring.
Born in North Providence, she was a daughter of the late Oscar Louis and A. Giles (Corcoran) Minard. Pauline was a proud resident of Smithfield, having made her home there for most of her life.
She was a faithful member of the Smithfield Senior Citizens Center and a lifelong member of St. Michael’s Church.
She is survived by her beloved sister, Madeline M. Gagnon of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, her nieces and nephews, John Gagnon and his wife, Karen of Sycamore, Ohio, Susan Belknap of Bristol, RI, Marcia Gagnon and her husband, Roger of Blackstone, Massachusetts, Robert Gagnon and Peter Simmonds of New York, NY, Richard Gagnon and his wife Renee, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and cherished great nieces and nephews: Bridget, Emily, Travis, Makenzie, Logan, Cohl, and Kate.
Funeral Friday at 10:30am from ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am in St. Michael’s Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery.
