Obituary

Angelo Carvotta, of S. Yarmouth, formerly of Medford and Stoneham, died Tuesday at the Cape Cod Hospital, after a brief illness. He was 90.


Mr. Carvotta was born and raised in East Boston, the son of the late Antonio and the late Rose (Natale). He was the founder and proprieter of Princeton Oil Company which he operated for 34 years. An avid golfer, Angelo enjoyed the game at the Andover Country Club and on the Cape and in Florida


He was the beloved husband of the late Louise (Sullivan). He was a devoted father to Edward Carvotta and his wife Jay of NH and Rosemarie Frazzica and her husband Joseph of Saugus. He was grandfather to four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a dear companion to Julia Searles of S. Yarmouth and brother of Millie Delafano of Woburn.


A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, Saturday February 12, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Arrangements by Dello Russo Funeral Service of Medford.
