BODERICK, JEAN D. (BLAZIS) at age 97, known as "Gram" to her family & friends, passed away April 12, 2015 at Manor Care in Dunedin, Florida. She had enjoyed being a resident in Florida since 2009. Born in Boston, Jean spent most of her life in Brockton after a childhood in Pennsylvania with her sister and brother. She was the wife of the late Peter S. Boderick, Mother to Kathleen Gray of Middleboro, the late Patricia Dawber & the late Eleanor Swartz. Jean is also survived by her two sons-in-law Richard Gray, Marvin Swartz, 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces & 2 nephews. Funeral services and visitation will be held in The Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston on Tuesday April 21 from 10-11A.M. Followed by interment in Forest Hills Cemetery, 95 Forest Hills Ave, Boston. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation in Jean's memory to The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Sacred Heart Food Pantry, Middleboro, Ma.
