Fall River – Raymond P. Woodruff, 69, of Westport died suddenly February 6, 2005 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Wilma C. (Kirby) Ferreira Woodruff.
Mr. Woodruff was born in Fall River, son of the late Percy and Agnes G. (Anderson) Woodruff, and resided in Westport for the past 23 years. He attended the University of Rhode Island, Providence. He was a member of the First Baptist Old Stone Church, Tiverton, RI. He was employed as a Financial Analyst by Raytheon, Portsmouth, RI, retiring after 31 years. He was a member of the Finance Board for the Town of Westport, Westport Investment Novices, Little Compton School Committee and was Past President of the Newport Ski Club.
In addition to his widow, he is survived by a daughter: Bethany Riley of Little Compton, RI; 3 sons: Bradford W. Woodruff of Fall River, Kevin W. Ferreira of Fall River and A. Scott Ferreira of Westport; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; and several nieces & nephews.
He was brother of the late Robert G. Woodruff and Herbert D. Woodruff.

Funeral on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at the First Baptist Old Stone Church, Tiverton, RI.

Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
