Michael G. Costa, 61, of Westport, died Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at home. He was husband of Madeline (Pascoal) Costa.
Born in Fall River, he was son of the late Mariano T. and Hilda (DaSilva) Costa. Mr. Costa enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the beach and playing bingo. A veteran of the Vietnam War, he served his country in the United States Air Force.
Including his wife, survivors include 3 children: Tracy Costa Rogers of Fall River, Gregory M. Costa of Fall River and Stephanie B. Pascoal of Westport; 4 sisters: Lucinda Mendes of Fall River, Hilda Tate of Pawtucket, RI, Donna Roberts of Fall River, and Mary Costa of Fall River; a brother: Gerald Costa of Fall River; 2 grandchildren: Kerri-Anne Silvester and Mariah Costa; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was brother of the late Antone Costa.
A memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M.
