Cordia "Ann" Page Bowen, 71, of Rome, formerly of Tifton, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015, at Floyd Medical Center in Rome. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. Bowen at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. Rev. Terrell Roberts will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 8, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Bowen’s family will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Bowen was born April 30, 1943 in Tifton, the daughter of Marvin Page and Lizzie Mae Griner Page, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Davy Page. She was a retired nurse and of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Bowen is survived by her husband, Vernon Bowen of Rome; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Jason and Stacey Bowen of Atlanta, Michael and Judy Bowen of Independence, Kentucky and Stephan Bowen of Tifton; one brother, James Page of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and two grandchildren, Myka Bowen and Stephan Bowen.
