Mary F. Henderson, 83, of Derry, NH, died Wednesday, February 2, 2005 in her home. Mary was born in Derry on December 4, 1921, a daughter of the late Russell V. and Maude A. (Webster) Parshley and was a lifelong resident. She had worked for Standard Sash and Door in Derry as an assembler. Mary had been involved with Region 10 and had attended the First Baptist Church in Derry. Mary was a loving and devoted mother.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin D. Leighton and her husband Gary of Derry, her son, Karl Henderson of Exeter, NH, two grandchildren, Sheri Leighton of Derry, Kimberly Coconis of North Dakota, two sisters, Geraldine King of Nashua, NH, Hazel Cavanaugh of N. Kingstown, RI, one brother, Harold Parshley of N. Andover, MA, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert L. Henderson who died in 1972.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a graveside service will be held in the Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry in the Spring. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is handling the arrangements.
