NASHUA, NH: Phyllis Mary (Peters) Bishop, 90, died on Thursday, April 2, 2015 following a period of declining health.
She was born in Somerville, MA on October 11, 1924 the daughter of the late Sidney G. Peters and Leah (Jenkins) Peters.
She was the wife of the late Paul Laing Bishop who died on January 15, 1999.
Phyllis is survived by her loving children Alan S. Bishop and his wife Heather M. Bishop of Groton and Nancy A. Erdlen and her husband J. Richard Erdlen of Windham, NH. Sister-in-law of June Peters of Marco Island, FL and Karen Peters of Marblehead. Also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (Off Rte 30), Wayland.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Sudbury United Methodist Church, 251 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury.
Burial to follow in the Bishop family lot in North Cemetery in Wayland.
