WEBSTER – Charlotte C. Sedor, 94, of 28 Stoughton Avenue, died Friday, January 28, in Hubbard Regional Hospital.
She leaves a sister, Elizabeth Brodeur of Webster, and many nieces and nephews, including Paul Brodeur who was her caregiver. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Gromelski of Dudley, and two brothers, Joseph Sedor of Bridgeport, CT, and Stanley Sedor of Oxford.
She was born and raised in Webster, the daughter of Joseph and Caroline M. (Plaziak) Sidor, and lived here most of her life.
Miss Sedor worked at Webster Shoe Company for over 20 years before she retired. She was also a nanny in New York City for several years.
She was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica. She enjoyed reading, gardening, crocheting and knitting. Above all, her greatest interest was her family.
The funeral will be held Monday, January 31, from the Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. A calling period will be from 8:15 to 9:15 Monday morning at the funeral home.
