Vivian House Lewis, age 79,of Water Valley, MS passed away Friday, January 28, 2005 at Baptist Memorial Hospital N MS in Oxford, MS. Mrs. Lewis was a retired Marketing Director for Wright Medical Co. and Dow Corning Co.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, January 31, 2005 in Henry Chapel at Seven Oaks Funeral Home. Conducting the sevice will be Reverend Joe Tonos of St. John's Catholic Church in Oxford where she was a communicate. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM on Monday until the 2:00 PM service in the Gardiner Room at Seven Oaks. Pallbearers are: Scott Mills, Wayne Mills, Earl Wolfe, Kelly Vaughn, Perry Applewhite and Shelby Wolfe. Honorary pallbearer is Patrick Lewis.
Survivors include her son, James Patrick "Skip" Lewis of Leesville, LA and two sisters, Lorene Griffin of Water Valley and Erma Applewhite of Ardmore, OK . She also leaves one grandson, Patrick Dylan Lewis of Weatherford, TX.
Mrs. Vivian Lewis was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Joyce Gertrude Neal House and by one sister, La Verne House Wolfe.
