WORCESTER— Anne Marie (Bolduc) Garrett, 58, of 12 Hyannis Place, died Saturday, January 22, 2005, at home surrounded by her family after a courageous 3 ½ year battle with ovarian cancer. Anne Marie was born in Worcester, daughter of Irving X. Bolduc and Suzanne J. (Hennessey) Bolduc and was a graduate of St. Peters High School. She was employed at ABF Freight in Worcester for the last 16 years.
Anne Marie leaves a son, Michael J. Garrett; two daughters, Jennifer D. Garrett and Kelly A. Garrett; her longtime partner William Cygielnik; a sister and brother- in-law Nancy and Denis Caissie; a brother David Bolduc and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Brent Bolduc and Jeanne (Bolduc) Banse. Anne Marie loved gardening and sewing and was an extremely generous person to her family and friends.
A calling hour will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 26th, at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. followed by a funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joan of Arc Church, 570 Lincoln St. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to the National Ovarian Cancer Foundation Inc., website: http://nocf.org or to UMass Memorial Hospice, c/o UMass Memorial Foundation, PO Box 2795, Worcester, MA, 01613-9938.
