Jose Monge Carrasquillo, age 66, of Mission Hill, Roxbury on March 23, 2015. Visiting hours and funeral services will be held at the Urban Assembly Church 1A Melville Ave. Dorchester on Thursday March 26 beginning at 4 pm. The funeral procession will leave the church on Friday March 27 at 11 am for interment services at Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
