LORENE (FAULKNER) BESORE, 92, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Preceding her in death was her beloved husband of 49 years, Eldred Besore, and her brothers, Dayton and James William. She grew up in the Hopkinsville area and lived in Louisville since 1955.
Survivors include her children, Pamela McAlister (David) and John Besore (Robin); grandchildren, Jeremy, Josh, Jason and Emily; great grandchildren, Sydney, Jillian, Landon, Liam, Samaira and Ailee; her brother, Philip Faulkner (Sarah), and her sisters, Blanche Cato, Ruth Pendleton, and Patty Primm (Bill). Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm Friday. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Ralph Avenue Baptist Church.
